How to sign up on the registry website

To sign up for the Florida Medical Marijuana Registry, you need to follow these steps:

Visit the Florida Department of Health’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) website at https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov/.

Click on the “Patient” button to begin the registration process.

You will be asked to provide some basic personal information, such as your name, address, and contact details.

Next, you will need to provide documentation that shows you have a qualifying medical condition. This can be a written diagnosis from your physician or medical records that demonstrate your condition.

Once you have provided your medical documentation, you will need to pay a registration fee of $75 to the OMMU. If you are eligible for a reduced fee, such as for veterans or patients who are on government assistance, you will need to provide proof of your status.

Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain your medical marijuana card. You receive a digital card instantly with a Florida ID. Your Physical Card typically takes around 10 business days.

You can then purchase medical marijuana from a licensed dispensary in Florida.

It’s important to note that your medical marijuana card must be renewed annually, and you will need to provide updated medical documentation each time you renew. If you have any questions or issues with the registration process, you can contact the OMMU at (800) 808-9580 or via email at medicalmarijuanause@flhealth.gov.
