To renew your medical marijuana card on the Florida Medical Marijuana Registry website, follow these steps:
Visit the Florida Department of Health’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) website at https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov/.
Click on the “Renew Your Card” button.
Log in to your account using your email address and password.
Verify your personal information and make any necessary updates.
Provide updated medical documentation that shows you still have a qualifying medical condition.
Pay the renewal fee of $75. If you are eligible for a reduced fee, such as for veterans or patients who are on government assistance, you will need to provide proof of your status.
Submit your application and wait for it to be processed. This typically takes around 10 business days.
Once your renewal application is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain your new medical marijuana card.
It’s important to note that you should renew your medical marijuana card at least 45 days before the expiration date to ensure there is no lapse in your ability to purchase medical marijuana. If you have any questions or issues with the renewal process, you can contact the OMMU at (800) 808-9580 or via email at medicalmarijuanause@flhealth.gov.
