The 6-month plan is $199, billed every 6 months. The 1-year plan is $360 billed once a year, 2 years is $600 billed every 2 years, and 3 years is $720 billed every 3 years. Every plan covers the evaluation, certification and all prescriptions.

Separate from our fee: the State of Florida charges a $75 fee for your Medical Marijuana Use Registry ID card, paid directly to the Florida Department of Health. Every patient pays it no matter which doctor, clinic or service they choose. FLMMD has no control over this fee and cannot waive it.

Once. Florida law requires one in-person evaluation for every new or transfer patient. After that, your 6-month renewals are handled automatically online.

Your digital card is emailed the same day you're approved and works at any Florida dispensary. The physical card arrives in the mail within about 10 business days. The state card is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.

Florida lists cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, chronic nonmalignant pain and terminal conditions, and lets doctors approve conditions of the same kind or class. Use the "Do I qualify?" checker above.

Every 6 months, and for FLMMD patients on a plan it's automatic: your plan renews, your doctor renews your recommendation remotely, and you get a confirmation. Nothing to book. We renew at 6 months on purpose: some clinics renew every 7 months, which means your prescription has already expired by the time they get to it, and you find out at the dispensary. With FLMMD there's no gap. If you've never been seen by an FLMMD doctor, start with a visit or a transfer.

That's the state's card (separate from your doctor renewal). You can renew it yourself using our guides, or we can do it for you the same day, even if you're not our patient.

No. You're charged the full plan price up front: $199 every 6 months, $360 every year, $600 every 2 years, or $720 every 3 years. It renews automatically at the end of each term at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Yes. Ask us and we'll switch your plan to manual billing. Just know what that means: you'll have to keep track of your renewal date yourself, and if a renewal is missed your prescription can be cancelled and you'd have to start over. That's why we recommend leaving automatic billing on. We send a reminder before every renewal, and if a payment ever fails you get a 30-day grace period before anything is cancelled.

Yes. Transfer patients pay the same $199, see the doctor once, and we handle the change in the Florida Registry.

No. We follow HIPAA and collect only the minimum information needed to register you with the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use. We never share it without your consent.

No. FLMMD provides appointment booking and administrative support for licensed physicians. We don't sell, distribute or promote cannabis products.
