You also agree to be bound by our pricing policies unless otherwise noted by FLMMD. d. You are not authorized to use our forms for any other purpose except for patients with an FLMMD (Florida Medical Marijuana Doctors) account. Professional Conduct a. As a medical professional, you must conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner. b. You must follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to medical marijuana evaluations and consultations. c. You must not engage in any unethical or illegal practices, including falsifying patient information or medical records. Confidentiality a.
